Being an educator can be challenging and fun at the same time. Helping children grow, learn, and gain new skills can be very rewarding. Working at preschools can be physically and emotionally taxing as teachers constantly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift to attend to each child's interests and problems. For example, the two teachers that are in the ladybugs classroom ( 1-2 years old) are constantly, doing something such as changing, feeding, hold, playing, singing, cleaning, sanitizing and many more none stop until they go on lunch breaks.
What I saw these ladies doing in a daily basis, parents out to be grateful to these teachers. The way they respond, care, love, and interact with the children that are in their care. I observed a few children crying when they get drop off in the morning how the teachers handle the situation to make it soothing for the children.
The administrators are supportive and help out the teachers the best way they can with talking with parents, scheduling conference, and doing what is best for the children development.
